Brown Munde Return Policy
All items purchased from Brown Munde are considered final sales and are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns, with the exception of defective items. If you receive a defective item, we are happy to facilitate a return and exchange it or provide store credit.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@brownmunde.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and attach a photo of the damaged or defective product. We kindly request that you do not send items back without prior contact.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be in pristine condition, including being unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all hang tags still intact. Ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, including any plastic wrap.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend selecting a cost-effective shipping method with tracking to ensure a smooth return process. Brown Munde cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
Upon receiving and approving your return, we will either issue an exchange item or issue store credit for the full amount paid for the defective item(s), including applicable taxes. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Initiate your return for defective items within 14 days from the delivery date. We reserve the right to decline return requests if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Returns for items showing any signs of use, such as wear, damage, stains, or missing hang tags, will not be processed.
